Course Description:

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are 1 hour long and consist of:

• Warm-ups and exercises for fitness and flexibility

• Jiu Jitsu and self-defense lessons taught by advanced belt instructors & coaches

• Drilling techniques with other students

• Sparring with supervision and strict safety rules in place

• "Mat talks" with instructors on respect, discipline, anti-bullying and other character development topics.

Students attend up to 4 classes per week and can progress through the junior belt system. Each belt represents approximately a year-long curriculum and students can reach up to a green belt in a span of 5 -7 years or graduate to the adult curriculum and belt system in the year they turn 16.

Course Pricing:

• $165/month per student - up to 4 classes per week

• Student can choose to pay fees out of pocket
